The argument that everyone's team except for Sandmen's sucks because the fighters need to have a higher cap.

Let's now break this down to who has won the most belts in the last 3 years:
TEAM BELT COUNTSBroad Street Bullies: 6 Belts
Sandmen: 5 Belts
Bulldozers: 3 Belts
Cannon: 3 Belts
GAP: 2 Belts
Phoenix: 2 Belts
Ducks: 2 Belts
Underdogs: 2 Belts
Rattlesnakes: 2 Belts
King's Poison: 1 Belt
Ferocity: 1 Belt
Rocketmen: 1 Belt
Killing Joke: 1 Belt
End Result? We are seeing an average of 50% increase in title changes in the last 3 seasons (which is not even a full 3 seasons yet as this year hasn't concluded).
The two folks frustrated by their fighters [
xx - Camp Cannon and
xx - Team GAP ] are actually in the upper category for belts won. One more for GAP and he's in the elite 3 for the past 60 cards. Which is insanely impressive.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
Everyone on the site has won a belt. Everyone. Every single team has been able to feel "awesome" in celebrating the fact their fighters are legitimately getting it done.
xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club has spent like 14 seasons working meticulously on his fighters, and guess what? He's starting to win championships.
xx - Team GAP has asked for building advice and seems to be implementing it, and is winning belts.
Even
xx - Camp Cannon who is always reluctant in taking advice for fighter builds, actually is 3rd for accomplishments on this site in the last 55 cards.
Looks like a successful model to me.
