well in fairness their ridiculous discussion doesn't take away from anything for once. I think these are interesting (if signifigantly more complicated) suggestions for ML. Cool beans and way to go Hammerfists for caring. My only question is regarding #6- do we select a fighter style and then select an aggressiveness level? or is it a fighter style like clinch striking or one of the aggressiveness levels? Actually that's a good question. I was kinda wondering that myself after choosing. Good call.

One of each. So one striking style, one takedown style, and one fight style.
(though it's actually an "unlock" set for the first two, so you can technically set your fighter to do both, but this is easier to understand, so..yeah).

Now, hopefully that is how Hummer meant it, cause I in no way conferred with him on that. Just using my knowledge of how the sim works, but yeah. YOU GO GIRL! Whatever THAT means...

Fighter style then you select the aggresive nature of your fighter. But the aggressive nature will reflect on the fancy upgrades, as detailed in the post.

I'm not really sure how any of this is confusing, but I'll answer it because I'm confused over whatever is confusing people.
1. Fancy Kicks, Strikes and Subs are their own thing that requires the purchase of 5 points each per upgrade (2 upgrades in total for each area).
2. Fighting style - you pick the one you want your fighter to be for all three options. No points required.
That's it that's all.

It's confusing, HammerFists, because you are customizing the sim program's function. I am not confused, I understand what you are doing, and I think PHX does now too, but yeah...when you use functions out of context, it makes them weird.
That is all. Issue resolved.

I thought it made sense, either way but this is a third way that confuses me big time...

Again, I need you to either explain exactly what about it is confusing (they are two entirely different things) or have you explain to me what YOU think it means and I can confirm or correct it for you.

My turn for questions: RE: #3, you mean XP, not points, right? RE: #4 - why don't you simplify shit, and go balls-out like me and sim 16 fights per card. (it will make matchmaking more simple for you in the long run).
