My turn for questions: RE: #3, you mean XP, not points, right? RE: #4 - why don't you simplify shit, and go balls-out like me and sim 16 fights per card. (it will make matchmaking more simple for you in the long run). I kinda half to agree with #4 there... having them fight on offsetting cards could get kind of taxing.

I never saw a new rule anywhere here about who can drop their points to anouther fighter.. now that we have 4 possible fighters on a team.. are we saying anyone can drop points to any of the fighters on your team? I was have a discussion about this with PHX and he said that apart of this thread it said somewhere in here that any of our fighters can drop points to any of our fighters. and I told him I didn't remember seeing that anywhere as far as I knew it was still whoever your main fighter is then only they can drop points to other fighters. Please make this clear for me cause I looked on this thread and I looked around and couldn't see this rule change anywhere.

We've always had the rule that points earned by your primary fighter can be put into any fighter, but points earned by your secondary fighter could only be put into your secondary fighter. This stopped people from getting a second fighter just to feed their primary one. I would not be opposed to a rule that continued this down the chain though (You can put points from your primary fighter into any fighter, points from your secondary fighter can go into your second and third fighter, and points from your 3rd/4th can only go into your 3rd/4th. But I will be doing this type of thing anyways, so it doesn;t affect anything on my end of it's a rule or not. What does The Rocketmen think about this? Also, I know there was confusion about whether you could use the BUILD points from a new fighter on existing fighters. The answer was always no, and I am not sure where that nonsense rumour started. But you absolutely cannot buy a new fighter who comes with 90XP for his initial build and then spend those 90 on your current fighters. That will never be happening.

i was mostly commenting cause i think you should have only your primary fighter able to drop down to your three other fighters.. it limits how much you can pass the buck down the line... but for example there is no rule currently that allows you to pass your points from primary secondary and fourth fighter to your third. i think it just gets confusing when you have to name your secondary and third and fourth... but if you stay simple thats what i think works

The rule was created to protect them. So they don;t need to be "named your secondary" etc. The basis was just to make sure people weren't creating tools for their main fighter. But at this stage, since people are buying their 3rd and 4th fighters, I am not sure it matters - but this is HammerFists' call. As I said, the verdict here doesn't affect me in the least, personally.

i just think if we allow it.. things will get out of hand very quickly... for example i'll use 3 of my fighters points to upgrade one guy... so if on 1 card all 4 of my fighters win.. I could potentially put 8 points into one fighter of my choosing... we all saw what happened when Silas Thammer got upgraded.. this would get worse very fast... im just concerned is all and before hammer makes the decision i hope he will see the arguement i've laid out here..

I see and understand what you are saying. But it completely comes down to whether that is a problem or not. Because everyone has that option, just like in ManMMA. You can power upgrade someone and make them a champion, or balance your team and have a whole team of superstars with no champions. Different strokes.

I like the pyramid process the most, and I have been debating this issue since I announced it as I immediately saw possible issues with over-stacking, which I want to avoid, and instead allow for the newly created fighters to simply have an opportunity to catch up.
I think we'll probably go with the pyramid to a maximum stat increase of maybe like 50 more than any other fighter on your team, that way you can still have an elite guy, but the other fighters on your team will still require updates.
