I personally don't think so. The moment it starts opening up is when we see more than just one or two fighters rising to the top and have a more solid rotation of champions as we've had in the other weight classes. That's when I'll concede that it's actually opening up. Right now it's better than it was, for sure, but open? No. Not yet.
