No. He shouldn't hate a group of people because of the actions of a shitty government. Honestly, these points have been made a thousand times and I'm ashamed to be on a site with anyone that supports that hatred for ANY reason. There's plenty of folks that hate Canada because of Stephen Harper... Hell, look how many folks hate the US because of Bush (pick one) and Obama's basically gotta take the brunt of it cuz he's the guy now. As I said, I don't agree with it, so therefore I don't support it. I think it's narrow-minded and stupid. However, I do understand how it comes about and why it happens. There is a difference. |

The Sandmen, asked me to weigh in here- more as a "did anyone cross any lines of propriety" bit than a "do you hate Isreail jews and/or racists too bit?" and here's the thing... Cannon could have not started this thread even if I found the original posts amusing because they actually have a lot of historical reference (Jewish women have always been pretty enough to be fucked by men who claimed they hated jews) [Nevermind, I'm not getting into that- huge disucssion wrong forum]. Here's what should have happened. Cannon posted something. People who liked it or thought it was funny should have replied. People who were being 'attacked' (oh and how lightly i use that word) should have ignored it. Poof problem solved. Behold the power of the non-response. Bulldozers you are a big enough boy to have figured this shit out by now. DON'T respond. If you do- you are fair game because you marked your interest in participation.

If you look at Buldozers responses, they were not engaging at all really... Cannon should never have posted it at all in the first place. It was in extremely poor taste, unprovoked and uncalled for. If folks would refrain from being assholes just for the sake of being one, that's what solves the problem. Not just this 'power of non-response' BS and giving the aggressors a free pass and no responsibility for their actions, then blaming the target of the aggression for 'escalating' it, when in this case, there was no escalation at all except by the aggressor himself. |

Well, just playing devil's advocate here, but, didn't most of these groups of people elect these shitty governments into power on our 'democracy' side of things? Meaning a majority of folks were like minded enough to place these people as our representatives... Do you really not see that correlation at all? The fact is here, is that no one seems to grasp the easiest of concepts that you don't fight hate with more hate. How the hell do we expect any individuals or groups to learn tolerance and/or acceptance of anything when, unequivocally, no onee affords any in return to the other? It's the exact fucking reason we have these centuries long wars between different peoples and groups in the first place, and, in the end, they get absolutely no where because of it. It's a vicious cycle, but it's the absolute truth. So, case closed? lol I really wish it was that simple. I really wish it were.  |

If he said he hated blacks, you would not be so defensive of him. I have no patience or tolerance for this shit outside of letting him stick around.
