It is not bullying when someone stands up against racism. It's what everyone should do, really. Bullying is a pattern of aggressive behaviour meant to hurt or cause discomfort to another person. Bullies always have more power than victims. Their power comes from physical size, strength, status, and support within the peer group. Mike has been causing me great discomfort with this topic as with other members in the league. Mike has more power than me since you will never ban him while anybody else is fair game. He has support from you since you won't tell him to stop and say that he's not in the wrong. Everything that is there is pointing to bullying so yes this is bullying and you know it. So stop defending him and tell him to stop. |

It's Norm to an extent, Cor and Justin's guilty of this as well, unfortunately, because he's the admin and has the ultimate power, but the moment you call him on it his shit, you get responses like we've seen here recently towards me. Norm, to his credit, got the point and dropped it.  But it is a huge problem with the site when the admin, himself, is the one that's condoning and participating in this behavior. |

Mike is only causing you discomfort because you are an Anti-Semite. This annoys most of us here (except for PHX, who apparently is the leader of the Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Regime). I will not be telling anyone to stop calling you a racist, because you are. That is a fact. You, in your own words, hate a race of people. It's that simple. That is against Proboards rules, and it is against ManMMA rules. You wanted to be here, so in lieu of removing you from the site for breaking those rules, you have to live with the social backlash of your comments. Don't like it, you know where the door is. |
