But Kruze hasnt formally announced a judge nor his desired participation in this thread, so I think it either needs to be said that this is going forward with your participation, or if this is a dead thread and we can all move on?

So we have 10 potential members for judge and jury. Based on what I've seen in this thread the following people are ineligible based on statements made by either side or by the member themselves: Mighty Ducks The Rocketmen Camp Cannon Lord Byron Team GAP The following people have been OK'd for some role by both sides in this trial: Ferocity Broad Street Bullies Canadian Bulldozers Underdog's activity has made his eligibility a question. West Coast hasn't been mentioned by either candidate, though he may be ineligible do to issues with the prosecution. If need be, we can have the judge also be part of the jury due to limited numbers. Now, will anyone who is not xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club or The Sandmen no longer post here unless recognized by both sides as the judge or a member of the jury. Honestly xx - The Broad Street Bullies, just let it go. The Rocketmen is actually accurate this time, in that I haven't really expressed much desire in doing this. This wasn't my idea nor do I appreciate effectively being bullied into this by Justin, who had gone on a tirade on Skype basically calling me "chicken" for not wanting to waste my time with this. Not because I don't have anything to say... Not because I don't have evidence or witnesses to do this... I just simply, and literally, don't have the time for this right now nor have I even agreed to to the parameters of this environment. If I actually had the time to do this, then fine... I'd pull all the old threads, my old research from the site and call witnesses and do the whole thing, no problem, because my case is that solid, and when all put together, it'd show that Sandman has a vindictive nature, he's manipulative, and while he's not cheating, which I've never once actually said he was btw, his knowledge of the simulator in having worked with it for this long, does give him an advantage in upgrading. That's only a few out of a heap of other things, and as much as I'd love to prove all of this in one lump, the fact is that I need to find a job. Why do you think I wasn't on the site very much for nearly week? I really don't have the time to be fucking around with this bullshit right now. Justin knows this too, which is why he's chosen to do it now, knowing full well that it's going to be virtually impossible for me time-wise to go through with this right now. So as much as I appreciate you trying to make this as fair as possible Bullies, the fact is that there was never going to be a fair way to do this, because even through the preliminary stages in this thread, Justin's already been trying to manipulate the proceedings by "vouching for Mike", playing politics, trying to speed it along, trying dictate how the proceedings should go, hell, even posting this entire thread prematurely to give the air of unpreparedness on my part even though we have no idea what the "charges" are exactly. He's left that up to me, which is too many to freaking list; we'd be here for months doing this crap. lol And I don't think anyone has the time or even wants to do that. The funny part about all this is that you needn't look much further than this very thread to see that everything I listed above is true about Justin; every word. |

Because, as I've stated numerous time now, I have never once said that Justin was cheating, but the reason we're here, and this thread was started, was because you, Justin and a few others claim that I have been. The word cheating might be the wrong term. You've suggested in multiple fights that either the simulator is stupid, or that somehow Justin's inside knowledge gives him a competitive advantage that he is abusing against the rest of the site. Since you have selected not to follow through with this mock trial thing, can we at least move on from those faults and just enjoy the site peacefully?
