So you suggest a straight-up first come, first serve? Keep in mind, each team is a camp. You would be hiring a coach for your camp. For example, you are Phoenix, and the Phoenix Fight Club would be hiring Greg Jackson as head coach of that team. That is why not everyone can have said head coach. We have training camps for fighters mingling with other styles/coaches, but this is about having a coach for your home base type thing. It's completely in line with realism. If you want full-on realism, the only other thing that would make sense would be having teams negotiate with coaches to hire them. If you want to go that route and accept my judgement, I can PR-style the whole coaches thing this off-season. That could be kind of neat. I simply disagree that drafting a coach adds any realism to it at all. As I said, they're not fighters... That's my stance anyways. I'm fine with the PR-style format, atleast everyone gets an opportunity.
