Quote this and insert where you think the following players will go between now and July 1st. I know there's a lot of hockey fans on here so we can all debate and discuss where specific players might end up this off-season. PLAYER | WHERE HE WILL GO | STEVEN STAMKOS | | LOUI ERIKSSON | | MILAN LUCIC | | KYLE OKPOSO | | MIKKEL BOEDKER | | DAVID BACKES | | ANDREW LADD | | KEITH YANDLE | | CAM WARD | | DAN HAMHUIS | | JAMES REIMER | | ERIC STAAL | | DAVID PERRON | | LUKE SCHENN | |

"Everyone valuable will go to Toronto for home town discounts, and the Leafs can cap off the off-season with a trade of Crosby for Kadri and a pick." - Every Leaf Fan Ever.

We're smarter than that, Crosby for Kadri and two picks.

Coming from an Oilers fan, how many top picks do you need to not even make the playoffs but get out of a top 10 pick? You guys are shittier than the Leafs, at least we're heading in the right direction...

LMAO That's why the Oilers have been to the cup finals within the last 10 years and have actually won Cups, plural, within the last 30 odd years, whereas the Leafs haven't won shit all in nearly the last 50 years. Leafs are heading in the right direction suddenly cuz they get Matthews... what a joke. At the rate the Leafs are going, the Oilers will win another Cup before they do. That's going to be some funny shit.

Uhhhh the depth the Leafs have is amazing, Matthews isn't the only person I'm talking about. Marner, Nylander, Hyman, Brown, C. Carrick, Soshnikov will all probably be on the Leafs roster in October. The depth they will have in 2-3 years will be amazing as well. Players Like Dermott and Piccinich will be devoloped or close to it. Who do the Oilers have coming soon? Slepyshev? Or they'll use the 4th pick wisely, and trade it to Arizona or somebody else in the top 10 so they can pick up a D-Man, but you know, they'll probably take Tkachuk and not get a D-Man like usual. Your best prospects coming up are Nurse and Reinhart (who many are saying is a bust). So we'll see who will win a cup first but the way the Oilers are heading it looks like they're a shoe-in for another top 5 pick next season.

LMAO Yah that's why they make the playoffs every season.. Their "depth" really is awesome that they step up when they have injuries. Face it... the Leafs lick donkey balls. The Oilers have plenty, especially after signing Caggiula & Russell, plus prospect Ethan Bear (D) putting on a clinic this year in junior as well as Caleb Jones showing signs of life, and with the emergence of Davidson and Oesterle looking like he'll be an NHL defenseman too, I'm not too worried, especially if they land another top D through trade or free agency. But then again, being a Leafs fan, I wouldn't expect you to even know a tenth of what the Oilers actually have in the cupboard. #HeadsUpAsses

This is subject to change. I really have no idea who is going where, but I am sure about two guys who are staying, which are Stamkos and Backes. I don't really care how hyped the media has Stamkos going to Toronto. He's going to stay in Tampa, because after an East finals appearance without him, and with how banged the roster was too, that's gotta be enough incentive for him to stay at least another 3 or 4 years.

Typical Oilers fan, sad thing is is that even with McDavid you guys still were one of the worst teams in the league. Like the Leafs had half of an AHL roster playing for half the season and the Oilers finished one point higher then them. Like you have no chemistry, no defence, no goaltending. Plus you said "I'm not too worried, especially if they land another top D". Another? Who is their top D right now? Sekera? Klefbom? The Oilers are a joke lol. The Leafs have Rielly who will be a top 2 D-Man, Carrick who can play top 4 and will probably be given the chance to play with Rielly after what he's done this year. Gardiner who is a top 4 D-Man, Zaitsev who will probably be Gardiner's partner. Then at forward they have Marner (best player in the OHL, playoffs, and memorial cup) and Nylander on the right side, Matthews and Kadri at centre (Stamkos/Backes might sign so it'd be Stamkos/Backes, Matthews, Kadri), JVR and Komarov on the left. Bottom 6 will be unbelievable this season with Soshnikov, Hyman, Brown, Bozak, Laich, and Parenteau/Greening/Michalek/Lupul. The Oilers bottom 6? Cracknell (AHL player), Letestu (worse than Bozak), Pouliot, Maroon, Korpikoski, and Kassian. I'd rather the Leafs bottom 6 knowing that a lot of them will grow into better players while the Oilers bottom 6 will forever be bottom 6 players. Backend the Leafs have Rielly (future top 2 D-Man ), Gardiner, Carrick, Zaitsev, Hunwick, and Marincin (thank you for him btw, he's been a really good D-Man). The Oilers have Sekera (garbage contract), Klefbom, Nikitin, Ference, Fayne, and Gryba. Again I would much rather have the Leafs defence. Then in net I would say they're even with the garbageness. The only thing the Oilers have that's better is their top 6 but the Leafs will still have a very dangerous top 6 in 2-3 seasons when their players are close to reaching their full potential. The best thing with the Leafs and the thing that is waaaaaaay better than the Oilers is their management. Babcock as the coach (future HOF), Lamoriello as the GM (future HOF), Shanahan as the president (great leader of everything), Dubus (future amazing GM of the Leafs), and Mark Hunter (one of if not the best scout in the NHL). So who do I think will win the cup first between the Leafs and Oilers? Leafs 100%.

So who do I think will win the cup first between the Leafs and Oilers? Leafs 100%. More make belief and gibberish from the Make-me-Laffs Nation... LMAO Marincin a "good defenseman"... for the Leafs maybe since he's a fucking pilon. I wouldn't give a bucket of piss for his future in the NHL, though when your defense sucks worse than the Oilers does, you have room for a useless tit like Marincin. Stamkos to Toronto? Latest I'm hearing is that he wants to stay in Tampa... so, good luck with that. The Leafs and Backes would deserve eachother though... both aging losers that can't win when it counts. McDavid was injured for most of the season... lol So saying they were one of the worst teams in the with McDavid is 100% inaccurate. When McDavid was in the line up, they were one of the best teams in the league. I get a kick out of this though... you claim you want to be a GM IRL, but you're so Leaf blind that you wouldn't know talent if it slapped you upside the head. Hilarious.
