I've already lost 3 fighters not including Brock due to the randomizing, that should be enough. no i think you only lost 2 fighters and then lost an auction. you didt lose a third less i misread it This is correct. Megan Anderson and Miriam Nakamoto were lost and auctioned. The Edson Barboza bid was invalidated, but Marquardt (the fighter used to win Barboza) was not forfeited. This action was also not randomized. Brock would be the 3rd fighter lost. |

Not sure I believe I am actually saying this, but I think we'll go with Lord Byron's Conquistadors's suggestion. Since xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club has apologized, and seems to at least somewhat understand part of what he did wrong, I've decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and offer him the opportunity to keep Brock Lesnar. As such, xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club can decide which of the following he wants to do: Option 1 - Lose Brock (who will then be auctioned, via regular weighted auction, PHX would be allowed to participate) Option 2 - Keep Brock but give up 2 randomized fighters instead (could be literally anyone on the team except Brock). Option 3 - Keep Brock but give up a fighter of Phoenix's choosing who is currently ranked in the top 10 of their weight class Option 4 - Keep Brock but give up 4 points to every member of ManMMA (paid immediately, comes out of all points earned until paid off in full) If a decision is not made within a reasonable time (a day or two tops), we will go with Option 1. Now, let's get this chapter closed and not have to deal with this sort of nonsense ever again, ya? |

And that's more than enough considering Brock was going to be returned to me once I realized my mistake, which did happen. I shouldn't be subject to any more penalty... It was humiliation enough I fucked up which thread was which. However, I'd compromise at 2 points per team though, just to get this done and over with; 4 per team is far too excessive and any team effectively being barred from upgrading for an entire season, which 4 per team would essentially do, isn't good for the league either. |

I still have seen no indication xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club has even the slightest clue what he has done wrong, since every time he mentions it, he says it was his misunderstanding. That is not what any of this is about at all. His misunderstanding came after the actions he was penalized for. All penalizations were the result of repeated actions in one specific thread. That is all any of this is about, and when xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club keeps saying "I realized my mistake" and that this is about "humiliating him", I cannot help but think he doesn't get it at all, and hasn't learned a God damned thing. This isn't, nor has it ever been, about the time you thought you were referring to "Thread Two" when you were refering to "Thread One". This is still the consequence of your behaviour in Thread Two. Nothing else. |
