As most of you probably know, during this epic debacle, xx - Former Phoenix Fight Club lost a few of his fighters, including Brock Lesnar. While the other 3 fighters he lost were put in the draft, given the nature of Brock Lesnar being a huge name that I knew Kruze cared deeply about, I had planned on waiting to act on Lesnar until I had some sort of confirmation Kruze at least knew and understood what he had done wrong in the thread, at which time I planned on returning him to Phoenix Fight Club. At the time Brock's name was randomly drawn, I had no intentions whatsoever of removing him from Kruze's team, and assumed things would blow over before such a drastic measure was required. However, in the 5 days since this incident occurred, not only has this member shown no understanding whatsoever for what he has done wrong, he has attempted to shift the blame to others, and has done nothing but blame and trash me privately to about half the site here. I have tried to work things out via a mediator (Thank you for your time and effort, GAP), but schedules have not made this possible at this point. So since no progress has come about in giving Kruze the benefit of the doubt, combined with time to cool off and reset, it's time to discuss what actually should become of Lesnar. So far, leading contending option is another auction. Before I go forward with that, does anyone have any other suggestions for something new, fair, exciting, different, etc? Or are you just good with more weighted auction?

IF he goes to auctions, we just did 2 rounds of weighted auctions, a weighted draft. We're done with that shit.
If Lesnar is being auctioned, it should be full-blown "best offer wins" - however that is determined in quality (fighter's record/name value/ranking (actual ranking, not letter grade). something like that. put up or shutup.

I think he should go to the worst club in the league... That can't be determined anymore. 2 Weighted auctions, a weighted draft, some trades, those are huge site-altering changes that happened. I've been wanting something like a massive roster shake-up for a few years now, and this is literally it.

Though the main point of weighted, randomized auctions is to make it so the best teams do not automatically get the coolest available fighters, they also serve a second point. I don't have to sit and figure out complicated values of bids. What's a better bid, Gina Carano, Cat Zingano, Anderson Silva, or Takanori Gomi? Gomi is a champion on a 20 fight win streak. Anderson is on a 1 fight winning streak. What about deciding what a better bid between Andrei Arlovski, Rampage Jackson, and Anthony Johnson is? How do I compare those?

Here are a few more options:
1. Take the all-time records of every fighter on someone's roster, get a total "Wins-Loss-NC" win% of their entire fight history of the existing roster, and then we bid, and we add a bit of weight to the bid based on who has the lowest total all-time win% of their existing roster fighter's all-time records.
Example:
My team has:
GSP (40-30) Franklin (55-75) Couture (22-47)
Total wins-loss: 117 Wins - 152 Losses = Win %43.49
Your team has:
Kimbo (30-30) Silva (40-10) Rousey (25-20)
Total wins-loss: 95 Wins - 60 Losses = Win %61.29
My team, weighted, has an increased odd of winning the auction with an equal/close bid.
2. We freeze Lesnar until the midway point of the season, then we do the auction as usual, but the teams in last place have a higher chance of getting an impact HW in Lesnar.
