I do not believe Dave Bautista is ManMMA eligible. Actually, he is... He has 1 MMA fight and 1 MMA win. He's also been in ManMMA before. Qualified.

He is not ManMMA-eligible. for a fighter to be ManMMA Eligible, they must be considered a "noteworthy fighter". Over time I'm sure as a site we will really dig into the fine line of this, but for right now, our preliminary definition of "Noteworthy" means their resume must include at least one of the following: (Regardless of what is listed below, a fighter must have a Wikipedia page to be ManMMA-eligible)- A champion from a major MMA organization*. - A title contender from UFC, Pride, or Strikeforce. - A UFC tournament or Pride Grand Prix win or runner-up. - An Olympian who has at least 1 Professional MMA fight. - A Pancrase champion - An Ultimate Fighter "main season" winner with at least 1 subsequent UFC win. - Any fighter on Fight Matrix's Top 25 fighters of all time in each weight class. - Any fighter on the UFC's list of their top 200 fighters of all time. - Any female fighter on any of Fight Matrix's "top" lists (for example, this). - A fighter who has a pro MMA win over someone eligible via the above criteria (reviewed on a case-by-case basis - PM The Sandmen before hand). - If you don't want to put work into all this research and want to ask The Sandmen about a specific fighter, he will be happy do the research on your behalf *Major MMA organizations, for our purposes, are "Pride, Strikeforce, UFC, Bellator, WSoF, ONE, WEC, EliteXC, Dream, Invicta, and Jewels".
It's unlikely we will be making an exception, but I will think about it and confirm one way or another with you later tonight. Your conduct in relation to this post will likely play a large factor in this decision.

I could also pull the Kyra Gracie card too.

I could also pull the Kyra Gracie card too. Trying this will actually do you more harm than good, as it just reaffirms you do not understand the Punk-Gull amendment, nor that you listen when I keep telling you Gracie is an exception, not a precedent. She came in at a time when WMMA was not a popular thing, and was on several top female MMA fighters lists, based solely on her BJJ career. That said, if you want to acquire her, and then retire her, I am okay with that. But I am not retiring her from another members team.

This isn't a Punk-Gull issue though, Dave's already fought in ManMMA before.

This isn't a Punk-Gull issue though, Dave's already fought in ManMMA before. It is, because he was removed from the Free Agency list, and his eligibility has been revoked. You have said your piece, and I will fairly consider it, but I don't want to get your hopes up.

Unless they've been retired, like Jordan Mien, a fighter's status can't be revoked once they've already fought in the league. That's why I pulled the Gracie card.

a fighter's status can't be revoked once they've already fought in the league. Yes it can. That is how amendments work. And there is no fucking "Gracie card". Now stop, you are actually doing yourself more harm than good now. I said I would think about it and get back to you. You are not letting me do that. You are saying more things.

When the Punk-Gall amendment came into place I believe we stated former fighters would not be ManMMA eligible anymore if they did not meet the requirements of the amendment.
